Angus Ward is the CEO of Beyond Now, bringing 30 years of consulting and solutions experience to his role, supporting organizations across multiple industries to shape strategies and adopt platform-based business and operating models with differentiating partner ecosystems.

He became CEO in 2017, after championing the creation of the business as part of BearingPoint Capital. Under his leadership, the company has transformed from a service-based entity to a SaaS-based technology company, expanding into ecosystem orchestration platform and digital marketplace solutions, strengthening both internal innovation and Beyond Now’s competitive advantage.

In 2021, Angus led a successful management buyout backed by private investors which saw Beyond Now become an independent technology company with a vibrant global customer community of leading telecoms and technology organizations.

Angus’s extensive experience and knowledge of a range of fields has established him as a trusted advisor to Senior Executives at companies such as AWS, Google, Accenture, Boeing, Jaguar, Landrover, Ministry of Defence, BT and NTT, as well as an industry thought leader often quoted by prominent industry publications such as Forbes, Light Reading and Mobile World Live etc.

By working closely and collaborating with industry bodies such as TM Forum, analysts, research firms and academic organizations such as MIT and Wharton, he is often invited to speak on stage at events such as MWC and DTW on the key trends and issues affecting telecoms and technology. Angus has a degree in Economics from the University of Bath and is a Chartered Accountant.

Parter in McKinsey with +25 years of experience in working in Telecom, that supported over +30 telecom companies across the globe designing and implementing the transformation of end to end BSS/OSS platforms and modernizing their operating models to maximize business impact and drive efficiencies

Takao is Director, Global Business Office for NTT Comware – in-house IT powerhouse for NTT Group – and is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Takao started his career as engineer for VoIP solutions and with his strong IT background, expanded his role to business development and management.
Prior to his current role, Takao was based in Singapore as Principal Advisor, Strategy & Business Operations (Asia Pacific) for NTT Limited (now NTT DATA, Inc.).

Previous to his work in NTT Limited, Takao spearheaded NTT Group-wide initiative for Corporate IT/InfoSec Governance and Simplification, especially for NTT Group global companies.
Takao attended and completed “Stanford-NUS Executive Program in International Management“ in 2022.

Thomas brings 24 years of international management experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, having served in various executive capacities across Telenor’s operations in Asia and the Nordic region. His roles have spanned across strategy, business development, operational turnarounds, technology and sourcing domains. From 2014 to 2020, Thomas held key positions in Altibox, a Norwegian FTTH and entertainment service provider, first as CTO and then as CEO. In April 2020, he returned to Telenor, assuming his current leadership position based out of Singapore
