Neither the Website nor the Service is intended for minors under the age of 18 or the lawful age of employment (whichever is lesser) in any country in which we operate.
If your application for employment is unsuccessful, Beyond Now may nevertheless continue to retain and use your key contact personal data processed during the recruitment process for 24 months in order to consider you for upcoming new positions and, if appropriate, to refer back to an earlier application if you submit your CV or other information to Beyond Now again in the future. After this period, we will send you an explicit consent form to be able to further process your information in our database. If you don’t accept to remain in our database, your personal data will be deleted.
If you are given and accept an offer of employment by Beyond Now, personal data collected during your pre-employment period will become part of your Beyond Now personnel records, to be retained throughout and for a period after your employment with Beyond Now.
