Our milestones

Beyond Now was built on the heritage of Infonova, a BSS provider that was founded in 1989 and acquired in 2005 by BearingPoint.

As our business and the market continue to evolve, so does the way we describe our solutions. In 2026, we retired the legacy Infonova brand and unified our portfolio under the Beyond Now brand, making it easier for customers and partners to understand who we are and how our solutions fit together.

Our flagship platform was originally positioned as a Digital Business Platform to reflect its role in enabling digital business models and partner ecosystems. As the platform expanded to deliver AI-powered automation, ecosystem orchestration and revenue innovation, it evolved into the Beyond Now Agentic Revenue & Ecosystem Orchestration Platform, building on those strong foundations while significantly advancing its capabilities and the value it delivers.

January 2018, we launched Beyond Now, a stand-alone business under BearingPoint ownership, expanding our portfolio from BSS solutions to cloud-native digital platforms.

November 2021, Beyond Now completed a management buyout (from BearingPoint), supported by a small group of professional investors, operating as an independent technology company.

November 2025, Bregal Milestone became the majority investor in Beyond Now.
