Infonova was a BSS provider with a history dating back to its founding in 1989. In 2005, it became part of BearingPoint through acquisition, and for many years, Infonova remained the name of the company's flagship BSS technology and platform. In 2018, Beyond Now, a standalone business under BearingPoint's ownership, was introduced to the market. This move marked a strategic expansion of the company’s offerings, from BSS solutions to encompassing cloud-native digital platforms.
In November 2021, Beyond Now successfully concluded a management buyout from BearingPoint's ownership. In November 2025, Bregal Milestone became the majority investor, and the Infonova brand was retired to simplify the company’s portfolio, with all products and solutions brought together under the Beyond Now brand.
