Privacy and Cookie Statement

This Privacy Statement was last updated in September 2026 and contains information where personal data is collected from you.
It sets out the data protection practices carried out through the use of the Internet and any other electronic communications networks by Beyond Now. More information about the company can be found here.

Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data described in this Statement is Beyond Technology IE SPV Ltd. (trading as "Beyond Now"), Pembroke Hall, 6 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, registered with the Companies Registration Office of Ireland under company number 698690 ("Beyond Now", "we", "us" or "our"). Our contact details and the contact details of our Data Protection Officer are set out in Section 8 (Access and Correction and Deletion) and Section 12 (Contact Us) below.

Scope of this Statement

This Statement applies to the Beyond Now group website only. It does not cover the processing of personal data carried out by Beyond Now’s operating companies – Beyond Now GmbH (Austria), Beyond Now DAC (Ireland), Beyond Now LLC (USA) and Beyond Now Technology Ltd. (UK) – in the course of providing the Beyond Now software-as-a-service platform to their business customers. That processing will be governed by individual Data Processing Agreement entered into with the relevant customer by the respective Beyond Now entity.

1. Personal Information Collected 

1.1 Beyond Now collects personal information from you through the use of forms, for example when you complete a book a demo form, or request for more information or contact, an application to be considered for employment (see our separate Recruitment Privacy Notice, available here, for further information on how we process job applicant data), when you register for an event, when you submit a request for proposal or for information, when you request the authorization of downloading a document, when you enter an online competition or when you send us a message via an email reply mechanism provided on the Beyond Now site.

2. Use of Personal Information 

2.1 We process personal information collected via the Beyond Now site for the purposes of:

  • Providing our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract with you or your employer)
  • Dealing with your enquiries and requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries)
  • Recruitment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps prior to entering into a contract of employment, and, where applicable, your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Proposing/inviting access to Beyond Now's social media accounts (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent)
    Proposing/inviting to informational events and conferences (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in promoting our events, or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent, as applicable)
  • Providing you with information about products and services (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent, or, for existing customers, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / the "soft opt-in" under applicable national implementations of the ePrivacy Directive)
  • Sharing further insights about thought leadership, solution updates, news and events.  (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent, or, for existing customers, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / the "soft opt-in" under applicable national implementations of the ePrivacy Directive)

2.2 Where we rely on our legitimate interests as a legal basis, our interest is in operating, promoting and growing our business in a manner that is proportionate and does not override your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests at any time; see Section 8 (Access and Correction and Deletion) below.

2.3 We retain the personal data described in this Statement only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, including to satisfy any applicable legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Retention periods vary by purpose (for example, enquiry and marketing data is generally retained for the duration of our relationship with you plus a limited period thereafter, and unsuccessful job applications are retained for a limited period after the recruitment process ends, unless you consent to a longer retention period for future opportunities). 3. Information We Gather Automatically and How We Use It 

3.1 When you visit our Beyond Now site, we collect information automatically about those visits.

3.2 In particular, your browser automatically sends us certain Internet-related information, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using.

3.3 We also collect information through the use of cookies to better understand how visitors use the Beyond Now site, to identify problems with our servers, prepare aggregate demographic information and other information regarding the use of the Beyond Now site, and to improve the functions of the Beyond Now site. Some cookies used on the Beyond Now site do not, on their own, allow you to be identified as an individual; however, as explained in Section 4 below, certain cookies (for example, those associated with Hotjar) may be combined with information you have provided to us, such as your email address, and may therefore constitute personal data.

4.2 This website uses Hotjar, an analysis software from der Hotjar Ltd. („Hotjar“) (https://www.hotjar.com, 3 Lyons Range, 20 Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta, Europe). Hotjar makes it possible to measure and analyse user behaviour (clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, etc.) on our website. The tracking code and cookie generate data about your visit to our website, which is then transmitted to the Hotjar server in Ireland and stored there. The tracking code collects the following data:

5. Information We Share 

5.1 We will only disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients: (a) other companies within the Beyond Now group (namely Beyond Now GmbH (Austria), Beyond Now DAC (Ireland), Beyond Now LLC (USA) and Beyond Now Technology Ltd. (UK)), to the extent necessary for the purposes described in Section 2 above; (b) service providers who process personal data on our behalf (for example, website hosting, email marketing, analytics and customer relationship management providers), acting under our instructions and subject to appropriate data processing agreements; (c) professional advisers, government bodies and law enforcement agencies, where we are required to do so by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and (d) a successor in title to our business, in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets. We share personal information with these recipients on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating and, where relevant, transferring our business).

6.1 This Privacy Statement applies only to information collected by the Beyond Now site.
6.2 The Beyond Now site contain links to other sites that are not owned or administered by Beyond Now. Please be aware that Beyond Now is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other third party sites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of every web site you visit.

7. Security

7.1 We maintain safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction of the personal information you provide to us through the Beyond Now site. Please note, however, that perfect security does not exist on the Internet. Therefore, while we endeavor to protect your personal data, when data is transferred over the Internet it may potentially be accessed and used by unauthorized parties.

8. Access and Correction and Deletion

8.1 We want to make sure that any information we hold on you is up to date and correct. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: (a) request access to your personal data and information about how and why we process it (Art. 15 GDPR); (b) request rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR); (c) request erasure of your personal data (Art. 17 GDPR); (d) request restriction of our processing of your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR); (e) receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, have it transmitted to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR); (f) object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21 GDPR); and (g) where our processing is based on your consent, withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR). 8.2 You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU/EEA Member State, or in the United Kingdom, of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. Our lead supervisory authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission (21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland, www.dataprotection.ie). 9. Hosting

Design and maintenance of our website is carried out by Americaneagle.com having its registered address at 2600 South River Road, Des Plaines, Illinois 60018. The webserver is hosted by Vercel.

10 Transfers

10.1 As a group with operations in Ireland, Austria, the United Kingdom and the United States, and given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Beyond Now site necessarily involves the transmission of personal data to recipients located outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), including to Beyond Now LLC (USA) and to certain of our third-party service providers.

10.2 Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we do so on the basis of an applicable adequacy decision of the European Commission or, where no adequacy decision applies (including for transfers to Beyond Now LLC (USA)), on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or, for transfers from the United Kingdom, the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum), together with any additional safeguards we consider necessary following a transfer risk assessment. Some of our third-party service providers may also be certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; we keep our reliance on that framework under review in light of ongoing legal and regulatory developments. 11. Changes to the Privacy Statement

We reserve the right to amend this Statement at any time without advance notice in order to address future developments of Beyond Now, the Website or changes in industry or legal trends. We will post the revised Statement on the Website or announce the change on the home page of the Website. You can determine when the Statement was revised by referring to the "Last Updated" date on the top of this Statement. Any changes will become effective upon the posting of the revised Statement on the Website. By continuing to use the Website following such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes. Where a change affects processing for which we rely on your consent, including the use of non-essential cookies, we will seek your renewed consent before that change takes effect. If you do not agree with the terms of this Statement, in whole or part, you can choose to not continue to use the Website.
